CBP Issues Guidance For S301 List 2 Exclusions

The S301 List 2 Tariff Exclusions will extend through March 25, 2020. These exclusions will apply retroactively to the 25 percent tariffs for $34 billion worth of goods that began on July 6, 2018. See more here.
