Ascent Global Logistics has announced that Annette Luyten has joined its team as Senior Vice President of Operations for its Agent Network within the company’s Domestic Freight Management group. This new senior leadership position will be devoted to the growth of the company’s agent network which focuses on providing state-of-the-art technology and back office support to independent brokerage agents.

Annette will be responsible for improving operational best practices, enhancing the technology available to agents, providing additional marketing support for mutual business development initiatives and guiding the overall direction of the company’s agent network. Annette’s extensive career in the logistics industry spans across operational, management, sales and agent development leadership roles.
