  • Communicating with our clients frequently to keep everyone informed
  • Building out our business continuity efforts and working directly with each location to develop custom contingencies
  • Working directly with carriers, vendors and supply chain partners regarding their business continuity plans
  • Providing additional cleaning and disinfecting supplies for use at our facilities, including tissues, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, antibacterial hand soap and other supplies
  • Providing educational materials from institutions such as the CDC and the WHO, as well as sending ongoing communications to all locations
  • Restricting travel to business-critical visits and limiting all non-essential visitors at our facilities
